Unauthorized Colonies Delhi Registration- Sabakuch Online Camp

The applicants will get the ownership certificates within 180 days from the date of application.

CDS-II 2019 Results Out

The result for the Common Defence Service-II exam for 2019 has released by Union Public Service Commission.

IIFT-MBA extended date for J&K students


National Testing Agency announced extended dates for filling up online application for the entrance exam of IIFT-MBA 2020 admission for students from Jammu & Kashmir only. Students from Jammu and Kashmir can fill the online application form of IIFT-MBA 2020 till 8th November 2019.  Students can download the admit card will from 11th November 2019. The IIFT-MBA 2020 exam will be conducted on 1st December 2019.

CDS (I) 2020 Exam Notification released :

UPSC has released the official notification for the Combined Defence Services (CDS I) exam for the admission of 418 vacancies. The application can be filled in up to 19 November 2019. The application can be withdrawn from 26 November 2019 to 3 December 2019. There are vacancies of 100 for Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, 45 for Indian naval Academy, 32 for Airforce Academy, 225 Officers Training Academy (Man) and 16 for Officers Training Academy (Women).  UPSC will conduct the CDS (I) exam on 2nd February 2020. E-admit card will be issued to eligible candidates three weeks before examination and can be downloaded from official website http://upsc.gov.in.

On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, 5000 students gathered from Delhi-NCR for environmental sustainability at one place created the record of largest number of assembly and lighting up solar lamps.

     Kerala ranked on top with 76.6% and Uttar Pradesh stood last with 36.4% in the NITI AAYOG School Education Index 2019.

JEE Main 2020: Guide on new Exam Pattern

MODE OF EXAMINATION:
There are three types of courses for admission:
1.       B.E./B. Tech.
2.       B. Arch.
3.       B. Planning
For the admission to any of the above courses, there will be a separate exam of CBT (Computer Based Test) type. The drawing part of B. Arch will be Pen & Paper-based. 

AGE LIMIT AND ELIGIBILITY:
For appearing in JEE main exam, there is no age limit. Minimum qualification is passing of 12th or equivalent examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 2020, irrespective of their age. Candidates with at least 75% marks or in top 20 percentile in 12th class/ Equivalent are eligible for admission. For SC/CT candidates qualifying marks is 65% in 12th class.

MEDIUM OF QUESTION PAPER:
The medium of question paper will be English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
The medium is specified at the time of filling the Application form and can not be changed later on.

Method of determining merit
Raw score in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Total will be converted into NTA scores. Overall merit shall be prepared by merging NTA scores of all shifts of all days.

Merit for tie marks
Tie between candidates obtaining equal Total NTA scores in B.E./ B.Tech will be resolved in following descending order: ▪ NTA score in Mathematics
▪ NTA score in Physics
▪ NTA score in Chemistry
▪ Candidates having a lesser number of negative responses in the paper
▪ Candidates older in Age

TIPS:
1.       JEE main is one of the most difficult entrance exams in India. Not only the hard-working but a study in a planned manner is necessary for best performance.
2.       There will be 5 questions in each subject whose answer will be in numeric form i.e. 0 to 9. This shows the difficulty level becomes more. However there are no negative marks for the wrong answer of numeric type, so students must attempt these questions.
3.       On another hand, 20 questions will be of MCQ type in each subject. Wrong answer in MCQ type will lead to one negative marking, so students must be very careful while answering these questions.
4.       There may be many students with the same total marks. The merit for these tie cases will be decided giving priority on Math, then physics, then Chemistry as indicated in the above table. So high scoring in math will be of advantage.

UPSC, IAS Examination

Every year for nearly one thousand seats several lakh candidates appear for Civil Services exam. UPSC conducts several exams like Civil Services Exam, IFS, NDA, CDS, SCRA, etc. The Civil Services Exam is popularly known as IAS exam which is the toughest exam of India. It includes various 24 services like IFS, IPS, IRS, IRPS, IDAS, ITS to name a few. The ration of vacancies and applicants itself shows how difficult it is to crack this exam. Eligibility: 

1. Citizenship:
1.1 For IAS, IFS, and IPS: The candidate must be a citizen of India.
1.2 For IRS: The candidate should be a citizen of India or
A person of Indian origin who has migrated from countries like Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, etc. with the intention of settling in India.

2. Educational Qualification:
2.1 A degree from Central, State, Deemed University, Open University by regular, distance or correspondence or degree recognized by Government of India.

3. Age Limit:
3.1 Minimum age 21 and maximum age the limit is 32 years as on 1st August of every year of examination. However, for SC/SC upper age limit is 37 years and for OBS it is 35 years.

4. Exam Stages:
There are three stages of selection in civil services exam.
4.1 Preliminary Examination: This is objective type comprising two papers of general studies and aptitude test. The prelim exam is for qualifying for the Main exam. There will be 400 marks examination (200 marks for each paper). This is only a qualifying exam and will not be counted for merit.

4.2 Main Examination:  This is a subjective type and comprises of nine papers of essay type. Only qualified candidates from the Prelim exam can appear in the Main examination. The number of candidates qualifies for the main examination are twelve to thirteen times of vacancies.
 There are nine papers. First two papers are of qualifying type with 300 marks each.

Other seven papers are for merit list, each of 250 marks, totaling 1750 marks. There is negative marking of 0.33% of assigned marks for wrong answer attempted.

5. Personal Interview: Then there will be a personality test of 275 marks. Grand total becomes 2025 marks.

Remember there is a maximum limit of attempting the IAS examination.

.. SC/ST candidates: Unlimited times
